SHIPPING TIMES & POLICY

Ready to ship means the product is in my possession and will ship in 2-3 business days. Processing time for pre-order wigs is 7-10 business days. Shipping is an additional 2-3 business days.  Business days are Monday-Friday. Overnight shipping happens after the processing time, not immediately after placing your order. Holidays are not included. Please note that orders placed over the weekend will begin the processing time the following business day. Orders in the US are shipped via USPS; you will receive tracking details via your email. Please allow up to 48 business hours for tracking to fully update.

All wig orders require the Buyer Form to be filled out before your order is completed. The form can be found at the top of the site

Once USPS has possession of your parcel, we are no longer responsible for any damages that may occur during shipment nor are we responsible for any lost/stolen packages. All packages are covered with shipping insurance and require a signature upon delivery.
